ナズリ ナシル氏 トップチームアシスタントコーチ就任のお知らせ

この度、ヴァンフォーレ甲府は、シンガポール政府・文化社会青年省（Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth of Government of Singapore）の法定機関である『スポーツシンガポール（SportSG）』と覚書を締結し、当該機関直下でサッカーの水準向上を推進する国家プロジェクト『Unleash the Roar!（以下、UTR!）』から、ナズリ ナシル氏をトップチームのアシスタントコーチとして登録することとなりましたので、お知らせいたします。
また、仙波巧氏を専属の通訳としてスタッフ登録いたしますので、合わせてお知らせいたします。

ヴァンフォーレ甲府のサポーター、クラブ関係者の皆さま、こんにちは。
この場をお借りして、このような機会を与えてくださったヴァンフォーレ甲府に感謝申し上げます。
私がヴァンフォーレ甲府に指導者として来日したのは、規律、戦術的理解力、選手育成を重視する環境の中で学ぶ貴重な機会をいただけることになったからです。日本のサッカーは技術的な正確さと、強い主体性を持つことで知られており、私はヴァンフォーレ甲府のコーチ陣がどのようにトレーニングを構成し、若い才能を育成し、結束力のあるチームを作り上げているのかを学びたいと思っています。この経験は、私のコーチング知識やメソッドを高めることだけでなく、コーチングにおいて新たな視点に触れることになるでしょう。
そして、ヴァンフォーレ甲府とシンガポールが有意義な関係を築き上げ、共に発展していけますことを祈念しております。

まず始めに、この度のシンガポール国家プロジェクトに対し、Jクラブとして貢献できることを大変光栄に感じております。
ヴァンフォーレ甲府は数年来、クラブに関わる皆様方のご協力とご尽力により、カンボジアやインドネシア等のアセアン諸国との間でサッカーを中心とする交流を積極的に行って参りました結果、様々な国と地域との間で信頼が芽生え、同時に関係も構築されました。
また、2023年1月には、ヴァンフォーレ甲府U-18がシンガポールで初となるトレーニングキャンプを実施したことがきっかけとなり、政府と協会さらには、地元チームとの交流が深まることとなりました。
そして、今回はTOPチームスタッフ陣の理解のもと、シンガポールサッカー界の英雄であるナズリ・ナシル氏をトップチームのコーチとして、受け入れることになりました。
クラブにとりましては、メモリアルな今シーズンにシンガポール政府の国家プロジェクトと協働することは、新たなチャレンジになると位置づけ、また、ヴァンフォーレ甲府がアジア諸国においても強みを発揮できる大変貴重な機会であると捉え、ナズリ・ナシルコーチには、チーム戦術や選手の個別育成、さらにはコーチング法やタレントの発掘とスカウティング法等を学ぶだけではなく、指導の実践機会等を含めて、クラブのプログラムを提供し、シンガポールサッカーの発展に貢献することが出来ればと考えます。

Nazri Nasir appointed as first team assistant coach

We are pleased to announce that Ventforet Kofu (VFK) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Sport Singapore (SportSG), a Singapore’s statutory board of the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth. With this agreement,　Mr. Nazri Nasir from the Unleash The Roar! (UTR), a national football project led by Sport Singapore and the Football Association Singapore, which aims to uplift Singapore football standard, will be registered as an assistant coach for the top team of VFK.

"Hello to all VFK supporters and club officials. I would like to take this opportunity to thank VFK for giving me this opportunity.
I came to Japan to coach VFK because of the valuable opportunity to learn in an environment that emphasizes discipline, tactical understanding, and player development.
Japanese football is known for its technical precision and strong initiative, and I am very much looking forward to learning how the coaching staff at VFK structures the training, develops young talent, and builds a cohesive team.
This experience will not only enhance my coaching knowledge and methods, but will also expose me to new perspectives in coaching.
I hope that VFK and Singapore can build a meaningful relationship and grow together."

"First and foremost, we are deeply honored to have the opportunity to contribute to this Singapore national project as a J League club.
VFK has been actively engaging in football-centered exchanges with ASEAN countries such as Cambodia and Indonesia over the past few years, thanks to the cooperation and efforts of everyone associated with the club. As a result, trust has begun to grow between various countries and regions, and strong relationships have been established. Additionally, in January 2023, VFK U-18 held its first training camp in Singapore, which served as a catalyst for deepening exchanges with the Singapore government, association, and local teams.
And now, the top team staff, we are delighted to welcome Mr. Nazri Nasir, a hero of Singaporean football, as an assistant coach for the top team.
